We caught up with Nev Jiwani, the Group Managing Director of Go Places this week. We discussed everything industry from the past year and the impact of COVID-19, as well as the future opportunities and how Go Places can offer help to businesses. 

Ms. Nev Jiwani is the Group Managing Director of several renowned companies and the founder of Go Places and Chefs Delight; an award-winning tourism, hospitality and lifestyle brand. She started the company 27 years ago with an aim to provide up-to-date information on places to travel, wine and dine, entertainment and shop. Nev has gained recognition locally and internationally for her efforts in this regard with accolades that include "Winner Africa Top Travel 100 Women", "International Quality Crown Award in London" among others.

Nev believes in providing three important values to her clients and at the workplace, these are consistency, quality and delivery. "Once I put my mind to something I aim to achieve it, I never take no for an answer. I love to travel, enjoy fine dining and making new friends. Fashion is in my blood and I appreciate and support our local artists. As a proud Kenyan Asian, I would say my passion stems from my ability to shine a bright light on the country as a leading hospitality, tourism, culinary and lifestyle destination." It is evident that Nev is on a mission to change the narrative of the great Continent of Africa.
