“Established in the year 2012, Insigne Productions renders bespoke multimedia services for co-operatives, commercial, governmental organizations, and SMMEs. Founded by one of the first and few women in South Africa behind the camera, Lebo Phala, is a photographer, videographer, qualified chef, and visionary who is passionate about women empowerment and promoting African heritage and culture.

Lebo has co-authored a book on Traditional South African food, which is considered one of the best sellers in its category. She has appeared on many national radio shows, including on MetroFM. Lebo has catered for VIPs as well as at high profile events, where her expertise has always been to showcase African traditional food, and exceptional fine dining menus. Her love for traditional food has influenced many event organizers to partner with her and in the process, has enabled her to follow her passion of promoting healthy eating and the celebration of African heritage.
